WHO CREATED COVID-19? AND WHY?
           ( A logical rationalization )

Was COVID-19 created by an evolutionary (or random) mutation?
Or was it created by divine design?
Or were humans, by accident or on purpose, involved in the creation of it?
And was it necessary?

Without the necessary data, it seems impossible to answer the above questions.
However, using logical rationalization, we can see that the results (the why) are logically obvious, no matter who or what created it.
